• No food or room services are included with the rentals.
• No smoking allowed in the interior of the homes.
• If you need additional housekeeping during your stay, it can be arranged at an additional charge.
• We take pride in ourselves for providing the cleanest and freshest home at your arrival and we in turn look for guests who will respectfully vacate the home in reasonable condition.
• These houses are located in private residential areas and all renters/guests need to be aware to keep sounds at a respectful tone. No parties may be hosted at the properties unless a written permission is given by Owner.
• Check-in for all houses are between 3 and 6 PM, and check-out is at 11 am.
• We will do our best to accommodate those who need special arrangements.
