Belle Moons - Olive House is the perfect grape escape getaway. It is a classic early California ranch architecture. It is a three-bedrooms, 1.25-bath house on a large 2/3 acre parcel with canary island palm trees like the tropics. It is located within minutes to downtown Sonoma Plaza and has a perfect commute location adjacent to Arnold Drive. Only 45 miles to San Francisco Golden Gate bridge, easy directions to airports; SFO and OAK. The green grounds are covered with many mature fruit trees; plum, pears and apples. The boxwood hedges shaped, manicured and maintained by gardeners.....almost like Versaille.
At the red front door one enters into the house with an open living, dining room and kitchen area...all with original hardwood floors. The living room has "down cushions" Ralph Lauren sofa and comfy chairs. The kitchen has an antique "O'Keefe & Merritt" gas stove, s/s KitchenAid fridge and eco-wood countertops.
The first bedroom has hardwood floors with a walk-in closet. The main bathroom with tub connects to the second bedroom. It has a queen size bed and lush carpeting with windows facing the large back yard. The third bedroom with lush carpeting also has full size bed with a walk-in closet, nook area.
The backyard boasts my many areas; outdoor dining, bbq area and fire-bowl lounging area. Spacious enough to fit your large group of family and friends. Pick fruits from the plum, pear, quince and fig trees. Also checkout Tuesday nights' farmers market at the Sonoma town plaza.

Belle Moons – Olive House Rates:
• $380 per night for up to 6 guests, 3 nights minimum stay; includes Friday and Saturday. • $280 per night for up to 6 guests, Sunday through Thursday.
• Weekly rate: 20% off total days for 7 nights or more. Monthly rates are also available.
• “Refundable Security Deposit” of $330 is required with a signed rental and release of liability acknowledgment agreement form. • 9% Sonoma County transient tax shall be added to rental rate.
Belle Moons – Olive House Policies:
• Confirmations with a signed “Rental Agreement” with a 50% of “Rental Deposit”. • “Remaining Rental Total” balance is due at 14 days prior to arrival.
• Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival will receive full refund of the “Rental Deposit” less $50 cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival will forfeit the entire amount due for the stay. • There is a 3 night minimum at all times. • All confirmations, cancellations, correspondence need to be sent via email or fax and originals mailed back to Belle Moons.
