Belle Moons - Donald House is a generously sized four bedroom, two-bath contemporary, loft-style, view home on a gated 2.63 acres. Located within minutes via walking, biking or driving to downtown Sonoma Plaza. The grounds are artistically landscaped and maintained by gardeners. At the front door entrance, one opens into the first level with an immense volume of high ceiling living and dining room space which continues into the kitchen. Windows on 3 sides give you clear views of Sonoma Valley. Furnishings are a mix of modern and traditional classics. All linens and towels are 100% cotton with high thread counts. The living room has comfy sofas/chairs, tables and lamps. The dining table is large enough up to 14. The first bedroom is on the first level with a brand new "sleep therapy" queen bed. Next to it is the first bathroom with shower. The second level has the master bedroom with a king bed and a large walk-in closet. The private master bathroom has a shower stall and a large soaking bathtub. This second level also has a large open mezzanine area for TV/DVD movies and lounging. It has a queen sofa sleeper and comfy chairs facing the cable HDTV stand. One side of this mezzanine is the children's area filled with toys, games and books. Also on this 2nd floor is a 4th kids bedroom which has 2 full beds. The third level is an open large loft/third bedroom area with another king size bed. Windows on 3 sides again frame the Sonoma Valley views.

Belle Moons – Donald House Rates:
•$550 per night for up to 8 guests; Friday and Saturday.
•$450 per night for up to 8 guests;
Sunday through Thursday.
• Additional guests $25 per person per night, maximum total of 8 adults, 4 kids.
• Weekly rate: $3,000 for up to 12 guests. Monthly rates are also available. •“Refundable Security Deposit” of $500 is required with a signed rental and release of liability acknowledgment agreement form.
• 9% Sonoma County transient tax shall be added to rental rate.
Belle Moons – Donald House Policies:
• Confirmations with a signed “Rental Agreement” with a 50% of “Rental Deposit”. • “Remaining Rental Total” balance is due at 14 days prior to arrival. • Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival will receive full refund of the “Rental Deposit” less $50 cancel fee.
• Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival will forfeit the entire amount due for the stay.
• All confirmations, cancellations, correspondence need to be sent via email or fax and originals mailed back to Belle Moons.
